Meet Our Support Team

Courtney is our office manager here at Advanced Pet Care Clinic. She is a Cedar Falls native, growing up the oldest of five girls and one brother. She lives at her family farmhouse South of Cedar Falls, with her husband Kris, their Husky Collie mix, Mia, and their two cats, Merlin and Lenox.

Stacy was raised in Waverly and is currently living her husband, Bernie in Cedar Falls. Stacy has two children, Mikaela, 21 and Jaycob, 16. She also has 1 grandson named Kane. Her and her husband adore animals, they have 4 dogs, 4 cats, a parrot, and 2 guinea pigs!

Jenny grew up in Farley, IA, and is currently living in Cedar Falls while she attends the University of Northern Iowa. In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting, hiking, repurposing things, and spending time with family and friends. She has two cats and one bunny.

Alicia grew up in Clutier, IA, her and her boyfriend Dustin and his daughter, Kaydin, live in the country and love the farm life. They have 1 horse, 3 goats, 3 cats, and 4 dogs, Tuff, Moose, Forest, and Bear. She attended Hawkeye Community College for Animal Science/Veterinary Assisting in 2016.

Taylor grew up in Aplington, IA, and attended Hawkeye Community College where she earned a degree in Veterinary Assisting in 2021. She has 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 bunnies, and 3 bearded dragons. In her free time, she likes to hang out and relax with her family.

Makyla grew up in Summer, IA, and attended Hawkeye Community College where she earned a degree in Vet Assisting in 2018. She also attended NICC and was in the large animal veterinary technician program. She married her husband, Mitchell, in May of 2021. She has 3 cats, 2 dogs, and a chinchilla.

Anna lives in Cedar Falls with her 3 brothers, parents, and dog Maddie, who is a Mini Australian Shepherd. She also owns a horse, Misty, that she has owned for 5 years now but has been riding her for 13 years. Anna is a senior at Cedar Falls High School.

Emily grew up in the Cedar Valley, she lives in Waterloo with her son Aiden, & a plethora of critters! She has 5 dogs, Watson, Hunter, Boots, Ruby, and Sal. Emily also has a cat named Cas.

Katelin grew up in Waterloo, IA, she’s currently doing Penn Fosters Vet Tech Program to become a CVT. She lives in Waterloo with her boyfriend and their 2 dogs, Brandy and Whiskey who are Heeler, Lab, Pitbull mixes and are litter mates.

Samantha graduated with a Veterinary Assisting Degree from Hawkeye Community College in 2006 while working at a local vet clinic. She worked there for three years assisting the veterinarians and as the supervisor of the kennel staff. She then went on to work at Pet Smart in January of 2008.

Amber is from Illinois and moved to Iowa in 2017. She has 2 children, her son is 12 and her daughter is 11. They have 1 dog, a Lab named Lightning, 2 cats named Spot & Domino & 4 chickens. She loves every animal but her favorite is a mini hiefer. She dreams of owning one, one day.
